Shipping & Returns

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Standard shipments are UPS or FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to AK & HI go in USPS Flat Rate boxes, or ship USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping fees are based on package weights and shipping zones. Express delivery services are extra. Delivery times are at the discretion of the carriers.
Most orders received M-F before 11:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will ship that same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST will ship the next business day.
Express delivery begins the day after the order has shipped, not the day of the order, or the day we process the shipment.

NOTE: Delivery service carriers may experience serious delays in extreme weather conditions. Pumpernickel Press cannot be held responsible for any such delays.

We will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for items returned. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card. We do not refund shipping. Returns are made at the customer’s expense.

All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. If an item is defective, please include a note indicating the defect. Sale or close-out merchandise is final sale, no exchanges or refunds. Price adjustments will not be honored.

Products purchased on our web site cannot be returned to a retail store for a refund.
